Arunima Sinha – Some facts about the worst trajedy of her life.

It is said that when the intention is high, even a rock like Everest cannot stop us from achieving our goal, its best example is Arunima Sinha. Arunima Sinha, a resident of Ambedkar Nagar in Uttar Pradesh, became the world’s first female mountaineer to conquer the world’s highest mountain peak – Everest, despite being a foot Artificial. Arunima Sinha is an inspirational example for those who succumb to difficult situations.

Can you imagine a girl being thrown out of a moving train and she keeps on looking at the train all night with her severed foot coming on the railway track. The doctors tell them that she cannot start her sports career again. Far from conquering Everest in such difficult circumstances, can any girl even think about climbing on it. But Arunima Sinha showed this to be true, which is a wonderful example of inspiration.

Birth and education of Arunima Sinha

On July 20, 1988, Arunima Sinha was born in Ambedkar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. She completed her initial studies from Uttar Pradesh. She then took a mountaineering course from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. As a child, Arunima Sinha was more interested in playing volleyball and footwall.

Train accident

Arunima had to go to Delhi to appear in the CISF exam. On 21 April 2011, while traveling in the Padmavat Express, some miscreants tried to snatch gold chains and bags from her. When Arunima protested, angry by the miscreants threw Arunima Sinha down the moving train. When Arunima fell down, a train was coming from another track. By the time Arunima could derail herself, the train moved forward, crushing her leg. Later, people told about this accident that about 49 trains had passed over their feet.

Had to cut a leg

Arunima was then hospitalized by the villagers. Where doctors had to cut one of her legs to save her life. Due to which Arunima’s life was saved but she lost one of her legs forever. It is a matter of sadness for a player that only a player can understand, especially when she is a national level volleyball player. The incident shattered all of Arunima’s dreams in an instant, luck had seized the opportunity to play volleyball for India from Arunima Sinha.

Helplessness and helplessness not accepted

“I lost my leg in a train accident.” and I was lying in bed in the hospital. The family members, after seeing me, wept among themselves all day long. They used to see me or address me as a child and poor with a view of sympathy which was not acceptable to me. But I had to live, I had to do something. I decided to do something different in my mind, which could set an example for others.

Decided to climb the world’s highest peak

Arunima says that shredded leg was her weakness but she made it her strength. The train accident and all subsequent events brought tears to Arunima’s eyes, but those tears gave her courage instead of weakening her and Arunima decided to climb Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak.

Very few people encouraged

Arunima was married and then divorced, yet she did not give up. Her elder sister and her mother supported her. After the accident, there were many people who were going to scrape their wounds, but very few were healers. After all this, she put all her efforts to achieve her goal.

Ardor had to prove herself

Arunima knew that if she succeeded in conquering Everest with a fake leg, she would become the first woman in the world to do so. Arunima wanted to prove herself as well as prove that physical infirmity cannot come in anyone’s way. If one has the strength, mental strength and will to reach his / her goal, then no weakness can stop him / her.

Everyone faces high difficulties in their life, the day she starts strengthening her weaknesses, every height becomes dwarf. I cried a lot after climbing the summit of Everest but the majority of my tears were in happiness. I had left grief behind and was looking at life in a new way from the highest peak of the world.

For her outstanding achievements, the Government of India awarded her the fourth highest civilian honor – Padma Shri in 2015. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself inaugurated Arunima’s biography – ‘Born Again in the Mountain’.

Arunima says,

“After getting rid of AIIMS, a Delhi organization gave me fake feet. After this I did not look back I caught train and reached Jamshedpur directly. There I met Bachendri Pal, who decided to disciple me to conquer Everest. As I got wings after that I started feeling that now my dream will be fulfilled.

“I just want to say that no matter how much the circumstances change.” But we should not deviate from our goals but should respect and face them. When I used to play with a hockey stick, the people of the neighborhood used to laugh at me, make fun of me.
Arunima’s mission Everest began on 31 March after completing training under Pal’s supervision. She became the world’s first disabled female climber by hoisting the tricolor on Mount Everest on May 21 in a 52-day climb. Arunima says, “Disability lies in a person’s thinking.
