The chest muscles are made up of the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor muscles.

The pectoralis major is the larger of the two and is responsible for the majority of the chest's mass.

The pectoralis minor is located underneath the pectoralis major and helps to stabilize the shoulder blades.

Barbell bench press: The bench press is a classic chest exercise that has stood the test of time.

Incline dumbbell press: This exercise targets the upper portion of the pectoralis major and helps to create a more defined chest.
